Q: How fast will my order ship?

A: We typically ship orders within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once it’s dispatched.

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Currently, we ship within the UK only. Stay tuned for international options coming soon!

Q: Are all your cards authentic?

A: Yes! We only sell authentic Pokémon TCG cards, collectibles and card protection accessories! All purchases we make are from highly reputable other small business’ and content creators (mainly for artwork) 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the collectible nature of the items, all sales are final. However, if your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. We will always do our best to sort and rectify any issues or problems you have to the best of our abilities!
